Candice Dingman Weppner

My husband Daniel J. Weppner and I have been married since October 21, 1967 and are the parents of Kelley (33) and Patrick (30).  We are also grandparents of Patrick Tyler Weppner age 11.  Our daughter Kelley Jain and her husband Ravi Jain live and work in Orlando, Florida.  Kelley works for the Florida Literacy Coalition as an Education & Training Coordinator while her husband is a math and science teacher at a local Christian School.

We bought the Disney Vacation Club from Disney several years ago that enables us to visit Kelley & Ravi often.  Trips to Disney and Orlando plus traveling the country in our Class A RV are our favorite pursuits, since we both retired in 2003.

I'm also an active member of a local Red Hat Society chapter in Fredericksburg.  We've lived in Fredericksburg, VA since 1973.  My husband, Dan, worked his entire life for the local telephone company while I worked for a local ENT practice as a medical secretary and insurance & billing specialist.  Our son, Patrick, lives in Woodbridge, VA and works as a network computer specialist for Northrup Grumman.  Our grandson, Tyler, has a big interest in music, playing the oboe in the middle school band plus taking guitar lessons for the past three years.

When we aren't traveling the country in our RV or visiting Florida, we enjoy gardening at our home in Fredericksburg and visiting the many public gardens available to us in the Washington, DC/Richmond, VA area.

We are very fortunate to have my mother, Jessie Dingman (83) still living in Fort Plain.  She is very active and healthy for a woman her age. We visit her often in Fort Plain and she travels several times a year to Fredericksburg for visits, as well as to Florida with us.
