Cynthia Steffenhagen

Married since February 14^th, 1993 to Leo Kesselring.

From my first marriage, I had two children and two grandchildren; one of my children died in early 1995.  I have 2 step children and 5 step grandchildren.

Have lived in the suburbs of Rochester since 1966.  In 1979 I finished my Bachelor's Degree and in 1981 received a Master's in Public Administration, both degrees from SUNY Brockport.  I worked for the County of Monroe for 9 years, most of that time at Monroe Community Hospital as an Assistant Administrator for Patient Services.  Between 1989 and 2004, I was employed by Lifetime Health (a subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rochester) as Manager of two ambulatory care centers, the Folsom Medical Center and the Perinton Center.

In 2004, I retired from full time work to bike, read, knit, work with my husband in his real estate investment ventures and to work part time with the NYS Department of Health, Office of Adult Services.

I converted to Catholicism in 1998.

Leo and I love to travel and we've been fortunate to have been able to average about 2 trips a year outside of the United States.
