David G. Herb: 1966-1969 (3 yrs. 10 months)
U.S. Navy-Postal Clerk, served on the USS Arlington, USS Walker, and USS Sterate visiting Hawaii, Philippines, Japan, and Taiwan.
1970- Temporary, part time, flexible Ft. Plain Post Office employee (5 months).
1971 to present-U.S. Postal Service: Schenectady, NY serving the membership as Union President for 25 yrs. and a Postal Clerk, at the current time.
